1:1 SEAMLESS Kitted Universal dvLED Mounting System
DS-LEDUNV610The Peerless-AV® SEAMLESS Kitted Universal dvLED Mounting System features a slim and versatile design. This cost-effective, kitted solution is enabled by a patent-pending universal spacer* that makes it adaptable for most latching dvLED displays. The display adaptors and mount frame provide X, Y and Z axis adjustments to overcome uneven walls and to ensure the video wall remains flat. The lightweight aluminum frame quickly mounts to the wall and the quick-connect clamps allow installers to easily secure the displays to the mount frame. Compact packaging reduces warehouse space and generally allows for parcel shipping, which lowers the overall delivery costs. What is the overall system depth?
The DS-LEDUNV has a depth range of 2.70" – 3.53" (69mm – 90mm). Please add this to the depth of the display. Check carefully to see if the attachment point on the display is recessed. Peerless-AV can supply a line drawing upon request.
Do I need to cut the extrusions to length?
Yes. The overall extrusion length will be equal to the video wall width minus 0.25". The installer will measure and cut the extrusions accordingly.
How do I know if my display is compatible?
Please see the list of displays and series in the above table.
If your display brand and series is not listed, please contact your Peerless-AV representative.
Can the mount create any display configuration?
The mount can create any display configuration up to 32' x 9'.
Is there a size limit for the SEAMLESS Kitted Universal Mount?
Yes, the general size parameter is 32' x 9’.
How do I determine where to place the mount on the wall?
Please see the table in step 1 of the User Guide (see Related Documentation section above). This table will provide the distance from the bottom of the video wall to mount’s wall plate.
What is the easiest way to create a flat plane across the face of the mount?
The simplest method is to shoot a laser level that is parallel to the wall and a few inches proud of the aluminum extrusions. Set the extrusion at the nominal depth adjustment position and place an object on the face of the extrusion that will sit flat; a cylinder such as a cup works well. Mark the laser line on the object and then move the object to all of the depth adjustment points, adjusting the depth until the laser is on the marked line and the entire mount is on the same plane.
