How long does it take to become a dealer?
The process takes 2-3 business days on average. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on the amount of time it takes to contact the references that you provide.
How do I locate a sales representative in my area?

Get in touch with your sales representative, or you can speak with Customer Care. If you have a technical question, you can submit it here.
I have a question about my order—who should I talk to?
You can live chat with one of our customer service representatives by clicking the Chat icon at the top of our website, or visit our Customer Care page, where, you can request a callback or send us an email. You can also call us toll-free at 1-800-865-2112.
How do I get pricing information or pricing for large orders?
You can ask the Sales Representative for your region or market, or you can contact Customer Care.
Are there discounts available for large orders?
Yes. Orders of higher quantities will receive a discounted per unit price. For specifics, contact Customer Care or your Sales Representative.
Does Peerless-AV have custom capabilities?
Yes—in fact, we have a dedicated custom department that focuses solely on custom AV solutions. Learn more about our custom capabilities in the custom section of our site.
Can I make a special order—for example, a standard mount in a different color?
We are ready to work with you to tailor our products for your special needs. In most cases, we can provide special paint, engineering and manufacturing processes. Standard product colors are indicated within the catalog. Products (not including fasteners) can be ordered in other paint choices including black, white, silver and gray for a surcharge based on order quantities. Charges for other custom paint colors and product design/manufacturing modifications will be quoted on an individual basis. Custom painted or manufactured product CANNOT BE RETURNED. How do I know what mount I need?
Peerless-AV has made every attempt to provide information about each of our products on this site. Sell Sheets, accessible from most individual product pages, are a great source for detailed product information. We strongly encourage you to use our MountFinderTM to ensure that you find the right solution for your AV needs.
Do I need any extra hardware to install your products?
Many Peerless-AV products contain all mounting hardware for a complete installation. Some products require additional mounting hardware. If additional hardware or mounting components are required, this will be noted on the product page, as well as in the product sell sheet.
At what trade shows does Peerless-AV exhibit?
Peerless-AV exhibits at dozens of AV industry trade shows throughout the year, such as InfoComm and DSE. Use our Trade Show Calendar to see where we are exhibiting next, and even setup booth meetings or interviews.
