The process takes 2-3 business days on average. In some cases, it may take longer, depending on the amount of time it takes to contact the references that you provide.

You can ask the Sales Contact for your region or market, or you can contact Customer Care.
Are there discounts available for large orders?
Yes. Orders of higher quantities will receive a discounted per unit price. For specifics, contact Customer Care or your sales rep.

How do I know what mount I need?
Peerless-AV has made every attempt to provide information about each of our products on this site. Technical data sheets, accessible from most individual product pages, are a great source for detailed product information. We strongly encourage you to use our Mount Finder to ensure that you find the right solution for your AV needs.
Can I make a special order—for example, a standard mount in a different color?
We are ready to work with you to tailor our products for your special needs. In most cases, we can provide special paint, engineering and manufacturing processes. Standard product colors are indicated within the catalog. Products (not including fasteners) can be ordered in other paint choices including black, white, silver and gray for a surcharge based on order quantities. Charges for other custom paint colors and product design/manufacturing modifications will be quoted on an individual basis. Custom painted or manufactured product CANNOT BE RETURNED. Do I need any extra hardware to install your products?
Many Peerless-AV products contain all mounting hardware for a complete installation. Some products require additional mounting hardware. If additional hardware or mounting components are required, this will be noted on the product page, as well as in the technical data sheets.

Where do I find installation/assembly instructions?
All Peerless-AV products are shipped with complete and easy-to-use instruction sheets. If you want to read through a product instruction sheet before you buy a product, you can view or download the instruction sheet (in pdf format) from the product page.
What are your shipping and delivery policies?
Prices are FOB our plant, Aurora, Illinois, or point of shipment. All transportation costs and risk of freight damage are the obligation of the buyer. Any claims for shortages or damages, whether concealed or otherwise, must be filed with the common freight carrier. All promises of delivery are made in good faith, and Peerless-AV will make every reasonable effort to see that they are fulfilled. However, if we are unable to meet scheduled delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as fires, strikes, government directive, or failure of our suppliers to meet their promises, we shall not be liable for consequential or special damage. Refused shipments will automatically receive up to a 25% restocking fee.
